Jay and Colton are on vacation until Tuesday, Mike had his first child yesterday morning (CONGRATS!), Bret and Kevin are holding down Winston, and Malachai and Brian have Concord under control, but all of that means that it’s just me and Austin on the homefront this weekend, so we’ll be sitting out setting up at HeroesCon 2022, but I fully encourage all of you to make a trip of it in our stead! Fathom Events - limited re-releases of classic movies at the Regal Cinemas! Saw The Thing with Jay & Colton last Sunday, seeing G.I. Joe The Movie with Smitty tonight, and gonna see The Fifth Element with Carly and whoever else this coming weekend.
The 100 - not saying it’s good or worth your time at all, but it’s hard sci-fi with teen drama that ran 100 hour-long episodes, which is less intimidating than Supernatural’s 327 while still occupying a good chunk of my time while files rip over to a different server.
Ms. Marvel - I feel like I have to say I’m enjoying it because all I hear is that other people aren’t watching it or hate it. I think it’s the 2nd most original show Marvel has done on Disney+ behind the first eight episodes of WandaVision, and it’s got its own voice within the Marvel Universe in a much more genuine way than the “horror” influence that people were raving about in Doctor Strange.
